MY HUTCH SOLD

I collect vintage glassware from the 40' and the 50's. I have a wonderful little antique hutch that I store my dishes in. I LOVE it and I love the way the dishes look in this hutch.

Linda, this is just beautiful! The colors are gorgeous and your brush strokes are thick and juicy.

There is something so appealing about this painting. I think it's the limited palette, the transparency, and the light accents. Just beautiful.

Thank you for the comments! I think that in this case I used Gamblin Transparent Orange...it's an interesting color.

Peach Peony....Day 24

6"X 6" Oil Ampersand Gessobord $125.00 I'm ready to chill out after this one.  It was really HARD!   So many petals going all different ways.  I am pleased with the results.  I have to laugh at myself....I thought of showing a step by step process in the painting of this peony....but....never looks like anything until the last few strokes!  I am happy with this painting however I got here.  This painting is found here :
