Exercise...Hot Colors

In this exercise I am finding the tones and half tones of the colors listed in order from left to right.  Cadmium Yellow Medium, Cadmium Red Light, Cadmium Red Medium, Cadmium Orange, Yellow Ochre, Ultramarine Blue, Titanium White ( was supposed to be Flake white...didn't have any) Raw Sienna.  The tones (addition of white) is the middle row.  The half tones (addition of black) the 3rd row.  At the bottom is a warm yellow green created by mixing Ultramarine Blue and Cadmium Yellow Medium together.  The tone is the middle swatch, and the half tone is the bottom swatch.  Next is the warm Red Violet found by mixing Ultramarine Blue and Cadmium Red Medium together.  The middle swatch is the tone and the bottom swatch is the half tone.

Now I am going to try and put together a still life using all of the hot colors.

Thanks, Linda. I love the half tones that I am finding. They are some of what I knew I lacked and was searching for in my work.
