Persimmon

Persimmons have go to be one of the most beautiful fruits...I just love them...however, I don't know when or how to eat them. Anybody got any ideas about how to prepare a persimmon?

Linda,
I have never eaten or painted a persimmon! What a sheltered life...I love this one. Like the one propped on the other. Gorgeous color. Very nice leaves on top!
Gotta go find some persimmons!

I have no clue about eating persimmons but I love the way you got that color they have.
I still haven't eaten a persimmon, but they sure are pretty!!! This is a beautiful painting!
I like this one Linda. Your usual lovely colours and strokes. Well done, and all the best.
Vic.

Lovely, lush brushstrokes, Linda. Beautiful colors, too.

I am on a Peony roll here.....just enjoying the process of painting and color.  Can be purchased here .

Peach Peony....Day 24

6"X 6" Oil Ampersand Gessobord $125.00 I'm ready to chill out after this one.  It was really HARD!   So many petals going all different ways.  I am pleased with the results.  I have to laugh at myself....I thought of showing a step by step process in the painting of this peony....but....never looks like anything until the last few strokes!  I am happy with this painting however I got here.  This painting is found here :
