Vaseline Vase and Cherries



I keep painting this vase in a variety of different lighting conditions, and paired with other objects because I LOVE it! I liked this painting when it was finished. I have decided that painting daily just doesn't work for me...I would rather work on a painting and bring it to a satisfactory conclusion than to rush and accept a painting that is not finished.

Great job on this, Linda. Beautiful values in the daisies. And I love the cherries!

I understand about not wanting to post an unfinished painting. I have a hard time painting anything in just a couple of hours. I admire those who can!

VANITY SOLD

LITTLE ORANGE TEAPOT SOLD

Red Orange is another of my favorite colors. When I saw this great tea pot in one of the stores in town I wanted it right away. But, I thought and thought about it and when I went back to the store it was still there and I decided that it was mine! I am not a tea drinker but I have always loved the shapes and sizes and variety of design of teapots. In this painting I backlit the teapot with natural and studio lighting.
