Perfume Bottle II by Linda Hunt

24X18

I painted my perfume bottle large this time after thinking and evaluating just how I wanted to approach it.  It has been a while since I have painted large and so the experience while exhilarating was also a little intimidating.  I like the results and will continue to pursue larger works.

I like the abstract quality in this. At first I was struck with the color and forms and then I saw the motive. Well done.

Thanks very much, Roger. I am pleased that it read abstract...that was what I was searching for. I used to work very large with abstract elements and then several years ago began painting small images. I am looking to combine the two and see what happens.
