It must be a good year for cherries, all the stores have been having specials on them. My other favorites of the season though are peaches, raspberries, and blackberries. I like your painting it so cheerful and fresh, just like the cherries. By the way I liked your patio garden painting too. The paintings that are glimpses into our lives are my favorites.
Yummmy!! Love the spotted table cloth too!!

Linda, I think watercolor is the perfect medium for your style! This is lovely! The way you painted the glass is so interesting...love the flowing shades of pink and purple. Love your patio garden too. I love the amount of white you left in both paintings. Really nice!

I always walk away with my hands up in the air in surrender position. "Put the brush down and walk away and nobody will get hurt".
I also watch a lot of Law and Order on Netflix. connection? maybe.

Peach Peony....Day 24

6"X 6" Oil Ampersand Gessobord $125.00 I'm ready to chill out after this one.  It was really HARD!   So many petals going all different ways.  I am pleased with the results.  I have to laugh at myself....I thought of showing a step by step process in the painting of this peony....but....never looks like anything until the last few strokes!  I am happy with this painting however I got here.  This painting is found here :
