Mentoring Program.....daily painting 5

Whew....I chose this fork because of limited time.....ha ha ha....this proved to be one of the most challenging things I have drawn so far. This is number 3....1 & 2 can't be shown. Careful looking is important and I pulled from all the tricks I learned as an undergrad. It was fun though and I guess that is important too! The fork was well tarnished and I had to look hard to see the change of value.

LITTLE ORANGE TEAPOT SOLD

Red Orange is another of my favorite colors. When I saw this great tea pot in one of the stores in town I wanted it right away. But, I thought and thought about it and when I went back to the store it was still there and I decided that it was mine! I am not a tea drinker but I have always loved the shapes and sizes and variety of design of teapots. In this painting I backlit the teapot with natural and studio lighting.
