Love the abstract composition and the light shapes.
Wash and roast them,cut up with bit of olive oil. Yummy.
I think that this is one of my favorites of your paintings. . . love this!
Oh, and Cathyann is right about roasting them, olive oil, little sea salt and pepper and then cut up in an Arugula Salad with walnuts and craisins, tiny bit of balsamic glaze (& olive oil to balance) and feta crumbles; YUM!
