I think it is brave with a capital 'B". Because the one bottle pointed at me is compelling and could be to forceful an element but because of where it is cropped it allows a tiny bit of breathing room . Just enough to let my eye wander in . Then the lipstick top balances that decision with being just 1/2 off the page . As if you are saying "I am playing with you" I am both coloring inside the lines and outside the lines too.
The perfume bottle is topaz fabulousness. The stopper just the right values to read as glass.
The reflected colors are so beautiful on the lower right hand side.
so what do I think?
Lots and lots....
I'm all in on this little gem.

Une peinture très féminine... J'aime particulièrement sa composition et d'ici je peux presque sentir les effluve de ce parfum...
Une merveilleuse harmonie de couleurs.

Gros bisous à vous...

Peach Peony....Day 24

6"X 6" Oil Ampersand Gessobord $125.00 I'm ready to chill out after this one.  It was really HARD!   So many petals going all different ways.  I am pleased with the results.  I have to laugh at myself....I thought of showing a step by step process in the painting of this peony....but....never looks like anything until the last few strokes!  I am happy with this painting however I got here.  This painting is found here :
