Back from Workshop!!!

Oh what a wonderful time I had at Carol Marine's workshop held in Jacksonville Florida. I learned so much and am very anxious to get busy incorporating what I learned into my painting. The weather was perfect and due to a great little GPS system I had no trouble finding everything. Such a wonderful time!! Carol is a great teacher!! Will post tomorrow.
Thanks for all of your comments.

great job, I loved the workshop I took from her last year... it was a superior experience. I have gone back and reviewed the lessons so many times. I"ll be back to see how you do with incorporating it all...it was intense. :)

Peach Peony....Day 24

6"X 6" Oil Ampersand Gessobord $125.00 I'm ready to chill out after this one.  It was really HARD!   So many petals going all different ways.  I am pleased with the results.  I have to laugh at myself....I thought of showing a step by step process in the painting of this peony....but....never looks like anything until the last few strokes!  I am happy with this painting however I got here.  This painting is found here :
